The sale price applies to selected products in King Living Showrooms and online. Sale prices are reduced from the full price and valid only to the end of the sale. Full priced products are not included in the King End of Year Sale. All products are subject to availability.

Package Offers

If a Package Offer is advertised, the advertised Total Value of the package is based on buying all components individually. A Package Offer is not limited to this sale and may be available at other times.

Ongoing Offers

If an Ongoing Offer is advertised, the advertised offer is not limited to this sale and may be available at other times.

Special Offers

If a Special Offer is advertised that means that a reduced price applies to that product when an additional furniture product (excluding Smart Accessories and Sofa Accessories) is purchased from the KING Living Range in the same transaction. The Special Offer will describe which additional products qualify. If the products are purchased separately, then the full price applies to each product. The offer will be valid until the end of the sale period. The reduction varies according to product. Special Offers cannot be processed online. Terms For All Offers and Prices

Delivery fees and cost of accessories are not included in the price. Prices are as marked. Multiple promotions may apply to the same purchase transaction, but multiple discounts cannot apply to the same product. Price varies according to selected finish/cover. Actual finish/cover shown may have additional cost.

Terms and Conditions; King Living End of Year Sale

1. These King Living End of Year Sale Terms and Conditions apply only to sale transactions which are offered by King Living as part of the King Living End of Year Sale.

2. The King Living End of Year Sale starts in-store and online on Saturday 2nd November 2024 and ends at midnight on Sunday 15 December 2024 (Term).

3. The King Living End of Year Sale Price:

3.1. is limited to designated Products in King Living Showrooms and offered online;
3.2. is available only for sales which are made during the Term;
3.3. applies only to the designated Product or package (including the finish and/or fabric); and
3.4. is reduced from the Full Price and valid only to the end of the Term.

4. For designated Products which are ‘in stock’ (not ‘made to order’):

4.1. Stock levels may be limited and may vary according to location;
4.2. full payment must be made at time of sale, (no deposit taken); and
4.3. customer must accept delivery within four weeks from time of sale.

5. For designated Products which are ‘made to order’ (not ‘in stock’):

5.1. a 25% deposit must be paid and received at time of sale; and
5.2. customer will be advised of the expected delivery date according to King Living’s usual and customary procedures.

6. Delivery fees and cost of accessories are not included in the King Living End of Year Sale Price (unless indicated).

7. The King Living End of Year Sale Price varies according to designated finish/fabric.

8. King Living reserves the right to change, alter or end the King Living End of Year Sale at any time.

9. King Living’s standard Terms and Conditions of Sale, available here apply to all Products sold as part of the King Living End of Year Sale, except to the extent they are varied by these King Living End of Year Sale Sale Terms and Conditions, which take precedence.

Terms and Conditions; Free Deluxe Delivery - Canada: Alberta Wide Offer

1. These Terms and Conditions apply only to products which are offered by King Living as part of the Free Deluxe Delivery - Canada: Alberta Wide Offer, (the Offer).

2. The Offer means that a customer can receive free Deluxe Delivery of the King Living product which they have purchased, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

3. The Offer:

3.1 is not available to our online customers;

3.2 starts when our Calgary Showroom opens for business on Wednesday morning July 10, 2024 and ends at close of business on the evening of Tuesday December 31, 2024 (the Term);

3.3 is limited to King Living products offered for sale at our Calgary Showroom;

3.4 is available only for a purchase transaction which is made in our Calgary Showroom during the Term, by a customer who is a resident of Alberta;

3.5 is limited to delivery within the province of Alberta; and

3.6 is in addition to any sale price or other price reduction which may apply to a King Living product.

4. A customer must quote the promo code (PROMO FREEDLXDALBERTA2024) at the time of purchase in order to receive free deluxe delivery. This promo code can be used only once, per customer within the Term.

5. King Living reserves the right to change, alter or end the Offer at any time.

6. King Living’s standard Terms and Conditions of Sale, (available here https://www.kingliving.ca/terms-and-conditions/), apply to all products sold as part of the Offer, except to the extent they are varied by these Terms and Conditions, which take precedence.

7. Offer cannot be re-sold or re-issued and is not redeemable for cash or credit.

8. King Living’s Warranty, (described here https://www.kingliving.ca/warranties/) continues to apply to products.
