The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic SEO Manager to lead our search engine optimisation strategy and execution across all international platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing our organic search visibility, driving traffic, and contributing to our overall digital marketing success.


The Role 
  • Develop and execute successful SEO strategies in collaboration with the marketing team and digital marketing agency to increase organic search visibility and traffic across all regions (AU, NZ, SG, MY, UK, CA, USA, and CN).
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities in core markets.
  • Monitor and analyse SEO performance across multiple websites, and prepare detailed strategy reports.
  • Implement on-page SEO best practices, including site structure, content optimisation, and metadata management to improve SERP rankings.
  • Collaborate with content team to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated and maintained in content creation and publication.
  • Manage off-page SEO tactics including link building and influencer outreach to build domain authority.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and changes, including algorithm updates.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
  • Work with local in market teams to ensure appropriate regional adjustments are made for effective SEO in non-English speaking markets.
  • Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions.

About you  
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Search Engine Optimisation.
  • Strong understanding of the major search engines and SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, Moz, SEMrush, etc.
  • Proven experience with on-page and off-page SEO tactics.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and creative skills.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English. Additional language skills (Mandarin, Malay, etc.) are highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
